Kawhi Leonard has finished treatment for swelling in his left knee and is starting a return-to-play process in Toronto, with an update due in a week; he has played twice this season, last on Oct. 23. Charlotte's Kon Knueppel, who missed the first eight games with a left hamstring strain, was cleared to make his season debut on Wednesday in Brooklyn. Indiana's Tyrese Haliburton (left hamstring strain) remains out with no timeline, and Joel Embiid is on a minutes restriction with plantar fasciitis in his right foot.

"So yeah, it's painful. Just got to manage it and when it flares up pretty bad, got to take a step back." - Joel Embiid
Fantasy angleKnueppel (18.5 points last season) is a pickup if he was dropped; Leonard stays on the bench in fantasy for at least another week.
