These terms apply to everyone who uses b3basketball.com. By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
1. About the site
B3 Basketball publishes NBA and EuroLeague news summaries, game data, fantasy content and betting analysis. Stories summarise reporting from the linked sources. We are not affiliated with the NBA, the EuroLeague, any club or any bookmaker. The site is a draft and features may change.
2. Accounts
- You must be 16 or older. Betting content is for adults (18+) only.
- Give a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Don't impersonate anyone, and don't use a display name that is offensive or misleading.
- You can delete your account at any time on the Account page.
3. Community guidelines
Comments are open to read for everyone; only members can post. Argue about players, coaches and results as much as you like, but respect the people you're talking to.
Not allowed:
- Hate speech and discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other identity.
- Foul, obscene or offensive language, including insults aimed at other members, players, coaches, referees or their families.
- Harassment, bullying, threats or encouraging violence or self-harm.
- Personal information about anyone (addresses, phone numbers, private photos) and impersonation.
- Spam and advertising: promotions, referral or tipster links, bookmaker promotions, repeated posts.
- Illegal content, including match-fixing, pirated streams and anything that breaks the law.
- Misinformation presented as fact, such as fake injury or transfer news.
4. Moderation and enforcement
- An automatic filter blocks comments with slurs and strong profanity before they are posted.
- Members can report any comment. A comment reported by three different members is hidden until a moderator reviews it.
- Moderators can hide or delete comments and suspend accounts. Depending on how serious the violation is, we may give a warning, remove the comment, suspend the account temporarily or ban it permanently. Hateful, racist or threatening content leads to an immediate ban.
- A banned member may not create a new account. When an account is banned, its comments are hidden and it is signed out everywhere.
- Appeals: if you think a decision was wrong, email b3basketballnews@gmail.com within 30 days with your account email. A person reviews every appeal.
- Reporting illegal content: anyone, including people without an account, can report illegal content to b3basketballnews@gmail.com. Include the link and why it is illegal. We act on it promptly.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of your comments. By posting, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to show them on the site for as long as they stay published. You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove any content at our discretion.
6. Betting content
Our odds comparisons, value picks, tickets and arbitrages are information, not advice, and nothing on the site is a guarantee. Odds change and bets can lose. Only bet if you are 18+ (or the legal age where you live), betting is legal there, and only with money you can afford to lose. We are not a bookmaker and take no bets. If gambling is causing you problems, get help from a local support service.
7. Intellectual property
The site's design, texts, graphics and data compilations belong to B3 Basketball, unless stated otherwise. Photos are used under their stated Creative Commons or public-domain licences, and videos are embedded from official channels. Team and league names and logos belong to their owners. You may share links to our pages.
8. Liability
We work hard to keep information accurate, but the site is provided "as is", without guarantees of completeness, accuracy or availability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site, including betting decisions. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
