Patrick and Sivan Dumont have bought Miriam Adelson's shares in the Mavericks and now control 69% of the franchise, ESPN's Tim MacMahon reports. Mark Cuban holds 27%. The Dumonts have an option to buy another 20% from Cuban by the end of 2027 at a $3.5 billion valuation. It is unclear whether the sale still needs approval from the NBA's Board of Governors.
