Clippers coach Tyronn Lue said Tuesday that Brandon Ingram is ramping up in practice, but his return will still take time. Ingram has a partially torn Achilles and had surgery in May for ongoing foot and heel pain. He arrived in September as the centerpiece of the trade that sent Kawhi Leonard to Toronto.
