Brandon Ingram has resumed on-court work, the Clippers said, but he still won't be ready for the start of the season and will be re-evaluated once it begins. The injury from Toronto's first-round series, first called a heel injury, turned out to be a partially torn Achilles. Yanic Konan Niederhauser (foot) is also back on the court but won't be ready for the opener, while the team is more optimistic about Kobe Sanders (hip).
