No. 1 pick AJ Dybantsa rolled his ankle landing on a mid-range pull-up in the second quarter of Washington's 107-106 preseason loss in New Orleans and did not return. He had 12 points on 4-of-8 shooting in 15 minutes. Coach Brian Keefe called it an ankle sprain and said he was taken out as a precaution; the Wizards hope he is ready for Wednesday's opener against Milwaukee.
"We just took him out of the game for precaution. We'll look at it more when we get more information." — Brian Keefe
