Cleveland forward Nae'Qwan Tomlin was diagnosed with a lower back stress reaction and will be re-evaluated in three to four weeks. He missed the whole preseason and hadn't been cleared to practice, and he'll miss at least the first 11 games. Tomlin averaged 5.8 points and 2.9 rebounds in 15.7 minutes over 64 games last season. The Cavaliers carry only 14 players on standard contracts, and Khalifa Diop is dealing with a left knee injury.
