After weeks of talks, the Timberwolves and Jaden McDaniels agreed to a one-year extension on Monday, per The Athletic's Jon Krawczynski. Sources say McDaniels wants to stay in Minnesota for the rest of his career, "if possible", and the front office and ownership made clear they want him long-term.
