President Trump wrote on Truth Social that LeBron James "disrespects our Country" during the national anthem at the Sixers' opener in New York, called him "a TOTAL DISGRACE" and said he should apologize to veterans. At a rally in Sioux City, Iowa, Trump called James' pregame movements a "golf swing." James laughed it off after Thursday's win over Cleveland, and Sixers coach Nick Nurse called it outside noise.
"Must have been a slow news day at the office. Slow news day at the office." - LeBron James
"I think that goes right in with other outside noise we've already had." - Nick Nurse
