Atlanta won 128-81 in Charlotte, beating the club record of 46 points set against Sacramento in 2017. The Hawks forced 14 first-half turnovers, led by 25 at halftime and by as many as 49 in the fourth; all five starters scored in double figures. Jalen Johnson had 19 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds and Aaron Wiggins 19 off the bench on 7-of-9 shooting. It was Charlotte's first home game since trading LaMelo Ball, and the sellout crowd booed. Kon Knueppel, Coby White and Grant Williams missed their second straight game, and Brandon Miller is 4-of-25 from three in two games.
